We got Jensen's crib up finally last night. I'm not quite ready for him to be in there all night yet, but I am ready to start letting him cry it out for naptime. Problem is, I hate to let him cry. Is he too young? The doctor says no, my heart says yes.

  Jensen started cereal on Monday. It was a little later than Josh started and as a result, I think that he's eating it better. He likes it pretty thick so I'm sure he'll be ready for fruits and veggies soon. I'm not ready however, so it may be another week or two. His babyhood is slipping away and I'm not ready for the stinky diapers either.

  Josh started full time kindergarten last week so Jensen and I have a lot of time together. It's amazing how laid back I am about being home alone all day with a (gasp!) 6 month old. I'm so excited about getting to know Jensen and just hanging out with him. He turns 6 months this Friday and I can't believe how the time has flown. My big goal for this school year is getting Jensen to take naps in his crib. Something we never did with Josh. I either slept with him or stayed in the bedroom while he would sleep on our bed. No regrets, but I'm gonna do it differently this time around. I need the down time that naps give me. The school day goes so fast. Shame it didn't when I was in school.
